Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service at info@thefanfit.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you need to cancel the order before shipping. Refunds or returns will not be available for products purchased at an offer price unless there is a manufacturing defect. This applies even if the customer does not like the product or if the fit is incorrect.

b. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of order cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

c. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

a. Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

b. Replacement or Refund: We will either replace the defective/damaged item or issue a refund, based on your preference.

c. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for defective or damaged items as well.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. Products purchased at an offer price are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
